Just the opposite top canopy rail layup today. 2 ply of BID and then 2 of UND.

I spent a while sanding again down to 240 grit then wet micro slurry followed by flox at the bottom of the foam.

Everything was so much easier on this side as I knew exactly what to do and the glass cutting was all done. It was only 3 hours from the start to the peel ply, unlike the previous side which took all day.

After the cure I’ll trim the edges and get a hand to see how it fits back on the fuselage and then work out the next steps.
