Once the pieces were the right size, assembly required!
I tried a few things and ended up with 5mt epoxy, a lot of it. I got it wrong a few times and had to knock it all apart, clean off the glue and try again.
In the end clamping tools to the edges got me closest as in pic 2. There was a slight warp in the parts which shouldn’t effect the final shape as the flatness of the foam will take up the few thou needed.
Overall I got it together in the end and its pretty close to correct. The jig itself is bondoed to the bench too. The next step is fitting the foam… can’t wait!
