I finally got the cores straight. You can see in the first pic a couple of blocks of wood towards the trailing edge of the cores. These are screwed to the table and then a few sticks in between to push that core into the right position. HA! Now they are straight and they can’t move. A few more sticks underneath have it all lined up without twist as well.
The end blocks went on as best I could get them. They will need a slight touch up before skinning but they are pretty close and the leading edge is correct to the straight edge which is the main thing.
I’m very close to doing the spar cap. Looking good.
