Time for one ply of BID over these tubes. More sanding first and after all was good I prepared the glass and peel ply.
The IP hatch needed one ply of BID over the top and I did really small flox corners so I could just lay the glass on the top where I’d previously reduced the foam size.
Pic 3 shows the front hatch with the BID strips and peel ply on top and Pic 2 the underside lines again with one ply of BID and peel ply.
There has been a lot of work so far to have a no screw set of hatches and more is to come to fit all this. I hope the result will be really easy assess to the nose and IP area for maintenance and anything I can fit in there baggage wise. I guess weight and balance will decide what happens here many moons from now.
