Lots of things happening here. Lets call it a nose fill.
Just a look at more clickbonds from the panel install now with the usual 2 ply of BID.
I did get this panel thing sorted. Its ugly but it is very strong.
My brake reservoirs should have come with brackets. I was given one, I made myself two new ones which are lighter than the steel sample. Mine are probably thicker than necessary too.
With two clickbonds there are very secure. I could have put these directly onto the brake caliper but I wanted them high when the nose is down and easy to access. I still have to find fittings and some tube,
My electrical system requires 4 solenoids. It was quite some thought to finalise where these go. 7 clickbonds were required.
Here are some of the mounting points. Rather than drill, through these structures for bolts I prefer the clickbond approach which leaves the glass and foam bulkheads intact.
The solenoids mounted and well out of the way. I am going to need the canard off for any servicing.
A full nose.
Everything hidden.
Side view and the workshop hangar.
