The two end pieces with all 4 points worked out nicely and you can see in the first pic, pretty good.
Pic two is one of the center pieces exactly at B.L. 25 as it should be.
However the slot I cut showed a mistake I’d made. If you look carefully at Pic 3 you can see the internal hardpoint is at the edge of BL25 where as it should be centered at this point. I was an inch out.
This came from not understanding the plans completely. Now I do 🙂 I had had trouble placing the internal bulkheads as the measurements seem to be contradictory and had glued them in and later moved them an inch which was a lot of work. I was still wrong!.
The answer is to really understand what the positions are for and then you know what things are important. There was no question, I had to fix this issue and get it right 100%. This is major… good thing we are a composite build and that I hadn’t gone further. I thought about it overnight, worked out how to fix it and began the next day.
