This step is putting the gear back on so that the tubes can be glued with wet flox into position on the tabs.
I was very pleased that the gear went back on to say the least! There is a little wiggle room where the tabs can be slide up or down a few fractions of an inch to ensure it is again at the exactly correct position.
I kept rechecking distance from the spar and distance to the axle position using the two plumb bobs and rulers. I had to play with about 0,2″ moving the tabs on the tubes until it was spot on.
Then I undid one bolt and applied the wet flox and re-positioned it. Once that was correct I undid the other side and again applied the wet flox. Doing one side at a time made it pretty easy to control.
I rechecked several times. Ensured it was all OK and left it to cure. Feeeewwww. Happy to have that one in the bag.
