The wing came out pretty straight as you can see in the first pic. Its dead straight on the spar cap and trailing edge side with a very minor variation at the leading edge.
We forgot to put a straight edge piece on the hinge line while it was curing and the peel ply underneath caused a few ripples. I’m going to set up a test piece then straighten it out with heat once I get the temps sorted. It will be fine. Alternately, I’ll do it at aileron making time.
Next up was a level block and again I put one at each end. My reference lines seemed to be nearest .01″ at both ends as it sat in the jig so I did the same for the block. The tip reference piece I just added again as it was easy to set up and might be handy later. All good.
