The Mike Melvill carbon fiber cowls have arrived!

Here are the cowls and scoops.

The angles look like they will work IF the engine is in the right place.

They are HUGE!

This distorted shot gives an idea of how long the plane will be. Its a big journey from placing them on boxes to fully installed cowls. I don’t know how I’m going to do it yet. The next step is to get my project to a hangar and put the wings on and then have a think. I’ll just have to wait for them to reveal their secrets as the process unfolds.
