The front blister fairing required an inner lip laid up from underneath. Just a 5 ply tape. I baby sat it for an hour or two and it was marginally better than the previous. Not a lot to see in pictures.
Here, after cure and getting the top cowl off you can see the blister fairing lips.
They more or less join with the other lips.
Despite this being very ugly, the top cowl sits and fits really well. Most of the lip will be cut away later after the camlocs and I still have an underneath support layup to do. Yes it needs a little fill here and there. It does feel really good to get that top cowl sitting so well and the clecos line up and drop straight in place without a problem.
This was not the easiest thing to figure and build. Now its mostly done, its all good and in the past.
