After the baffles had cured overnight they needed a rough trim.

I measured things out slightly oversized and hit it with the vibration cutter. More exact fitting will come later. Baffle fit is however not critical because to captops will take care of it.

They look a bit better now.

Meanwhile I was still making layups for the leading edge strips. Once this piece is cured I’ll have enough material in total to proceed.
