My new brake lines, +20mm longer, showed up today so I could finish things off at the wheel.

You might see that the braided lines now look the right length.

Once the Swagelok fittings were installed I finished off with some heat shield material. This went on the piss tubes or relief tubes if you prefer, as well as a little extra to keep the brake line stable.

Here we are on the other side. I expect I will be inspecting this area after the taxi tests and again after a few landings to ensure all is well. The brake lines are done now, they just need fluid and testing.
