Oh what a nightmare this was. My fault entirely. Pic 1 shows some vent angle I’d previously made for all the ducts that have to go in. I was doing little side jobs like this while doing more major heating work.
Pic 2 is my nice clean wheel bowl. I covered it in duct tape and then as you see in pic 3 made a real mess with pour foam everywhere.
My idea is to make ducts on the lower part of the wheel well for hot air to get to my feet. I’m using just where the bowl inverts in a concave manner towards the center so there are a couple of inches I can use and still not impinge on my foot area. You’ll see in the next log.
The pour foam went everywhere and what I have is FAR too dense so no fun after it sets. I had a couple of goes at this and made dams in cardboard, that leaked all over. I’m not king of the foam yet.
