The pics detail contouring with various dremel bits and sandpaper. A glass to glass edge is needed about .6″ all the way around, another area will get brackets so thats bare glass. Then there was a buried hard point that had to be uncovered with nice foam ramps leading to it and away. You also have to allow for the bellcrank turning so foam gets thinned out near where the hole for the aileron push rod goes.
I worked very slowly on this as I really hope I’ve got it right. I had a look at possible roll servo mounting areas but I think that might go on the cs spar instead so leads can stay connected when the wing comes off. We will see later. I decided on very little peel ply for this layup.
