A few more pics of this right wing top skin curing. I bought 40 clamps really cheaply just for this step and they worked very well on the trailing edge. Underneath that you can’t see is some angle aluminium with tape over it and on the top side straight aluminium with plastic underneath it. These are gently squeezing the trailing edge as it cures.
You can see in pic three I have a nice straight edge for the wings and what will be ailerons now. The block of aluminium in the first pic is sitting on the hinge line ..or what will be where the hinges go to help ensure that area is straight. It needs to be correct in two planes for the ailerons to operate freely and correctly.
