This was a few days work getting the jigs cut accurately so I could carefully place them in the jigs.
The next step was to line up the bottom three pieces in the jig. I was very very careful and precise with this whole procedure.
What a shame nothing fits perfectly. Silly me I thought CnC cores, a lot of care and it would all fit together. No amount of shims and fiddling was going to work.
Clearly the plans method of these jigs will give me crooked wings and if I just glue things together, expect crooked wings. I need to understand which measurements are important and go from there.
I need a new plan. These jigs are not going to work. They will still be used as ‘holders’ for skinning and setups.
