LWG1 is a thin piece that goes on top of the large joined LWG 2 and 3.
I used a lot of pins for this to get the from edge down. Maybe clamping over the top would have worked as well.
Next a similar top piece goes on the thick 1A, just pins again.
After a bit of a read of the plans it seems a core needs to come out of the end piece. Then this core put back in to support the foam while it is glassed over…and then removed again. After a bit of thought I worked out that as long as I didn’t touch the .6″ thickness it didn’t matter much how the piece was cut.
A good thing too as I’m still not good at neat cuts and happy to not get too fussy about something that will be trimmed carefully later. There is no value in getting things exact, only to ensure the .6″ line is not breached and even then its only critical in one place.
