This was quite a few days work. Once the old hardpoints were out I repaired the floor of the box per repairs in the plans. I sanded off a lot of the old side layups but left a couple of ply rather than go too far. It will end up a touch stronger at worst.
I laid up the outside of the new bulkheads which are now exactly in the correct place too! Then the next day did all the UNI plies per plans and floxed the new hardpoints that I’d made did the BID overlay and so on as well as the BID internal bulkhead layup. All per plans and in the one session without secondary bonds as I had done previously.
The new 2024 T3 pieces are exactly where they should be.
