This is several days work later. I’m beginning to understand how this nose lift sets up. There is still an intermittent fault in the second molex plug however I know where it is and how to fix it. Later these plugs will be replaced. The little battery needs re charging frequently but its fine for testing.
Two days ago I had Darren Crompton helping me set up where the axles might go relative to the nose wheel, relative to the longerons which need to be zero or +1 degrees up for minimal takeoff roll.
Nothing seems to work except to place the axles right up the gear legs by several inches. Some time was spent in the last few days getting the maximums from the nose lift. Today I removed and refloxed MG3/4 up .5″ which should get me closer to optimum angles. A real time soak this stuff.
