This this carries on from the last entry and after getting the gear in the correct place… The task is to bondo (builders bog) the plywood tabs to the gear legs.
Once we got the position correct and reasonably stable, I bondoed the tabs while Darren ensured it wouldn’t move until cured. Once it went off and we had built up enough bits of foam so it was stable we were done for the day.
I left it overnight before VERY carefully removing the long bolts and getting the gear off the brackets without removing the tabs. You can see this was successful in the third pic.
